Job summary

High Point & Affiliated Organizations is seeking a Master's Level Outpatient Clinician for the Outpatient Adult Clinic in Hyannis, MA. This full-time role offers a hybrid schedule with a 40-hour week and a sign-on bonus eligibility.

The clinician will provide crisis intervention, assessments, individual and group counseling, and ongoing treatment planning, while maintaining medical records and coordinating aftercare services.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in one of the listed disciplines or closely related field.
• Licensure/certification required by position; maintain current licensure.
• Minimum one year of supervised substance use and/or mental health counseling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Crisis intervention and direct patient care.
• Maintain caseload with assessments, individual counseling, treatment planning and progress notes.
• Facilitate discharge planning and coordinate aftercare services.
• Maintain and file medical records in a timely, complete manner.
• Provide in-person and telehealth clinical services.
• Attend unit meetings, case conferences and mandatory trainings; maintain licensure.
