Qualifications

• Master’s degree in one of the listed disciplines or closely related field.
• Minimum one year of supervised substance use and/or mental health counseling preferred.
• Licensure or certification as required for practice.

Responsibilities

• Crisis intervention and maintain caseload.
• Provide clinical services including assessments, counseling, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Coordinate referrals, aftercare, and family involvement as requested.
• Ensure documentation is complete and timely in medical records.
• Deliver services in-person and via telehealth and maintain licenses in good standing.
