Job summary

Highlands Behavioral Health System seeks a licensed clinical social worker/therapist to provide outpatient clinical services in a hybrid setting. The role includes group psychotherapy, psychoeducation, psychosocial assessments, and discharge planning as part of an integrated treatment team.

A Master’s degree in Social Work and LCSW/LPC licensure are required, with experience in psychiatric MH settings preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work or related field is required.
• Experience with psychiatric mental health populations preferred.
• LCSW or LPC licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical social work services in outpatient settings.
• Deliver group psychotherapy and psychoeducation per the program schedule.
• Perform psychosocial assessments and participate in treatment team planning.
