Job summary

Helen Ross McNabb Center in Knoxville, TN, seeks an IOP Master’s Level Clinician to provide direct clinical services for adults in Knox County’s Intensive Outpatient Program (ASAM 0.5, 1.0, 2.1). The role includes screenings, intakes, group and individual sessions, and coordination with MAT providers as appropriate.

The position requires a Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Addiction Studies, or related field, and LADAC II or licensure-eligible.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of addiction and co-occurring disorders.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care and treatment planning.
• Experience working 1:1 and in group settings with adults seeking treatment.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR).
• Ability to work independently and in a team while maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide group and individual therapy per program guidelines.
• Perform screenings, orientation, and intakes into programming.
• Develop and update client treatment plans and coordinate care with providers.
• Facilitate random drug screens.
• Maintain documentation per Center standards and confidentiality rules.
