Job summary

Helen Ross McNabb Center seeks a Katie Miller Master’s Level Clinician to oversee clinical and therapeutic functions of the residential A&D program. The clinician will conduct individual, group, and family therapy, perform crisis intervention, and assist with discharge planning.

Responsibilities include maintaining treatment plans, documenting progress, and participating in weekly staffing. A Master’s degree in a relevant field and licensure readiness within 6 years are required.

Qualifications

• Must have coursework/experience in cultural diversity, human development, etiology and treatment of addiction and mental illness.
• Three years of pertinent field experience required; five preferred.
• Licensed or certified mental health professional or mastery on licensure track acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Provide 25 hours per week of direct treatment for clients.
• Facilitate daily therapeutic groups and conduct individual/family therapy as per treatment plan.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, treatment plans, progress notes and weekly summaries.
