Qualifications
Must have an Associate degree in Psychology, Education, or related field and active RBT certification.
At least 2 years of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license are required.
Responsibilities
Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy primarily in home and school settings.
Collaborate with BCBAs to implement individualized interventions.
Collect data to track client progress and inform programming.
