Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician to deliver ABA-based therapy in homes or community settings in Los Angeles, CA. The role involves implementing individualized treatment goals under supervision and working Monday through Friday with afternoon/evening hours.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of relevant experience, a valid driver’s license, and flexibility to accommodate client scheduling.

Qualifications

• Registered Behavioral Technician Certification preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Two or more years of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged populations.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Reliable transportation and insurance.
• Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in homes and community settings.
• Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals in home/community environments.
• Implement treatment goals under supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide progress feedback to supervisor.
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social skills and other goals.
• Track client progress and program data.
• Adhere to company policy and protect confidentiality.
