A leading ABA therapy provider in California is seeking a Behavior Technician to implement individualized ABA treatment plans. This role involves one-on-one sessions with children, data collection, and collaboration with families. Qualified candidates should have strong communication skills, a high school diploma, and preferably a Bachelor's degree in related fields. Qualifications

• Experience implementing ABA programs or working with children with special needs is a plus.
• Must have valid Driver License.
• RBT certification is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Implement ABA treatment plans as designed and directed by the supervising BCBA.
• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions with clients.
• Collect and record data on client progress accurately.
