They will work in both stores' Tool Rental Centers and repair centers, assisting customers with rentals and repairs.

Responsibilities include writing contracts and invoices, maintaining tool inventory, performing repairs, tests, and cleanups before returning units.

• Evaluate and repair small engines, outdoor power equipment and handheld electrical devices.
• Make equipment recommendations and ensure units are maintained.
• In a store, write customer contracts and invoices for equipment rental and tool repairs; demonstrate proper use as needed.
• Maintain tool inventory and day-to-day operation of equipment in the Tool Rental department.
• In non-store locations, repair, test, and clean units before returning to the originating store.
