Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in production scheduling.
• Proficiency in scheduling software and ERP systems.
• Relevant certifications in supply chain, project management, or business management are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate projected forecasts, incoming volume, and work scopes into a time-phased build schedule.
• Ensure schedule accuracy and adherence to KPI; monitor and improve planning performance.
• Execute daily plant-level MRP to generate production requirements and release work orders.
• Apply load‑leveling techniques and TOC to balance capacity and improve scheduling accuracy.
• Establish operation sequences and lead times to meet shipment dates.
• Collaborate with planning, fulfillment, customer service, and material planners to resolve issues.
