Qualifications

• 本科及以上学历，供应链管理、商务、运营管理、工程、制造或相关领域
• 具备5年以上生产计划、主生产计划、供应链规划、制造运营等相关经验
• 具备在制造环境中制定和管理主生产计划的经验
• 对MRP/ERP系统、库存管理、产能规划和供应计划有较强理解
• 具备分析需求预测、库存水平和生产需求以支持业务目标的能力
• 具备优秀的分析、解决问题和决策能力
• 具备出色的沟通能力，能跨职能团队协作并具备影响力
• 能同时处理多项优先级并适应业务需求变化

Responsibilities

• 制定并维护主生产计划以支持客户需求、库存目标和业务优先级
• 在产能、物料可用性与客户需求之间取得平衡，提升服务水平和运营效率
• 分析需求预测、库存水平和产能约束，识别风险并制定缓解计划
• 与采购、制造、物流、客户服务及供应链团队密切协同，确保供应连续性
• 监控关键计划指标，如库存水平、排产达成率、预测准确性和准时交付表现
• 领导销售与运营计划（S&OP）和供给评审活动，提供数据驱动建议和情景分析
• 管理生产优先级并将排产变更传达给相关方
• 推动以库存优化、排产效率、 lead time 减少和服务绩效为重点的持续改进
• 支持新品引入、产能规划和供应链就绪活动
• 确保符合公司政策、业务流程及生产计划与库存管理的监管要求

Position Summary

Qnity is seeking a Master Production Scheduler to lead production planning and scheduling activities that ensure materials, resources, and manufacturing capacity are aligned to meet customer demand and business objectives. This highly visible role will drive master scheduling, inventory optimization, supply planning, and cross-functional coordination while partnering closely with manufacturing, procurement, customer service, logistics, and commercial teams to support operational excellence and on‑time delivery.

What You Will Do

• Develop and maintain the master production schedule to support customer demand, inventory targets, and business priorities.
• Balance production capacity, material availability, and customer requirements to optimize service levels and operational efficiency.
• Analyze demand forecasts, inventory positions, and capacity constraints to identify risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Coordinate closely with procurement, manufacturing, logistics, customer service, and supply chain teams to ensure supply continuity.
• Monitor key planning metrics including inventory levels, schedule attainment, forecast accuracy, and on‑time delivery performance.
• Lead Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and supply review activities by providing data‑driven recommendations and scenario analysis.
• Manage production priorities and communicate schedule changes to stakeholders across the organization.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on inventory optimization, planning efficiency, lead time reduction, and service performance.
• Support new product introductions, capacity planning, and supply chain readiness activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, business processes, and regulatory requirements related to production planning and inventory management.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in production planning, master scheduling, supply chain planning, manufacturing operations, or a related discipline.
• Experience developing and managing master production schedules in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of MRP/ERP systems, inventory management, capacity planning, and supply planning processes.
• Experience analyzing demand forecasts, inventory levels, and production requirements to support business objectives.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across cross‑functional teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.

Preferred Qualifications

• APICS/ASCM certification (CPIM, CSCP, or equivalent).
• Experience within the electronics, semiconductor, advanced materials, specialty chemicals, or manufacturing industries.
• Knowledge of Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Integrated Business Planning (IBP), and inventory optimization methodologies.
• Experience using SAP or other enterprise planning systems.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Experience supporting global manufacturing operations and supply chain networks.
• Advanced proficiency with data analysis, forecasting tools, and Microsoft Excel.
