Qualifications

• Supply chain/製造関連分野での学士号
• 5年以上の生産計画・マスタースケジューリングの経験
• 製造環境でのマスタープラン作成・管理経験
• MRP/ERPシステム、在庫管理、容量計画の理解

• 部門横断の協力・影響力を発揮できるコミュニケーション能力

Responsibilities

• 顧客需要、在庫目標、優先事項をサポートするマスタ生産計画の作成・維持
• 生産能力・資材入手・顧客要件のバランスを取り、サービスレベルと運用効率を最適化
• 需要予測・在庫・能力制約を分析しリスクを特定、緩和策を実行
• 購買・製造・物流・顧客サービス・サプライチェーンと協働して供給の安定化を図る
• 在庫水準・スケジュール達成・予測精度・オンタイムデリバリー等の指標を監視
• S&OPと供給レビューをデータ主導で推進し、シナリオ分析を提供
• 生産優先順位を管理し、社内ステークホルダーへスケジュール変更を周知
• 在庫最適化・計画効率・リードタイム短縮・サービス性能の継続的改善を推進
• 新製品導入・容量計画・サプライチェーン準備を支援
• 生産計画・在庫管理に関する社内ポリシー・手順・規制遵守を確保

Position Summary

Qnity is seeking a Master Production Scheduler to lead production planning and scheduling activities that ensure materials, resources, and manufacturing capacity are aligned to meet customer demand and business objectives. This highly visible role will drive master scheduling, inventory optimization, supply planning, and cross-functional coordination while partnering closely with manufacturing, procurement, customer service, logistics, and commercial teams to support operational excellence and on-time delivery.

What You Will Do

• Develop and maintain the master production schedule to support customer demand, inventory targets, and business priorities.
• Balance production capacity, material availability, and customer requirements to optimize service levels and operational efficiency.
• Analyze demand forecasts, inventory positions, and capacity constraints to identify risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Coordinate closely with procurement, manufacturing, logistics, customer service, and supply chain teams to ensure supply continuity.
• Monitor key planning metrics including inventory levels, schedule attainment, forecast accuracy, and on-time delivery performance.
• Lead Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and supply review activities by providing data-driven recommendations and scenario analysis.
• Manage production priorities and communicate schedule changes to stakeholders across the organization.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on inventory optimization, planning efficiency, lead time reduction, and service performance.
• Support new product introductions, capacity planning, and supply chain readiness activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, business processes, and regulatory requirements related to production planning and inventory management.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in production planning, master scheduling, supply chain planning, manufacturing operations, or a related discipline.
• Experience developing and managing master production schedules in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of MRP/ERP systems, inventory management, capacity planning, and supply planning processes.
• Experience analyzing demand forecasts, inventory levels, and production requirements to support business objectives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.

Preferred Qualifications

• APICS/ASCM certification (CPIM, CSCP, or equivalent).
• Experience within the electronics, semiconductor, advanced materials, specialty chemicals, or manufacturing industries.
• Knowledge of Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Integrated Business Planning (IBP), and inventory optimization methodologies.
• Experience using SAP or other enterprise planning systems.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience.
Experience supporting global manufacturing operations and supply chain networks.
• Advanced proficiency with data analysis, forecasting tools, and Microsoft Excel.
