Job summary

Veolia is seeking a Master Production Planner based in Minnetonka, MN. You will coordinate the master schedule, translate it into daily production plans, manage capacity, and ensure on-time material availability while balancing cost and resource use.

You will monitor KPIs, drive improvements in planning processes, and work with cross-functional teams to address risks and supply disruptions. Strong ERP and data analysis skills are essential.

Qualifications

• College degree in supply chain management or related field, or 5+ years experience.
• Minimum 3 years planning or related supply chain experience.
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced computer skills is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain capacity requirements and constraints; identify bottlenecks and adjust plans.
• Optimize raw material and WIP inventory; manage safety stock and turnover.
• Manage ECOs and supply disruptions; coordinate updates with stakeholders.
• Translate master schedules into daily production plans and schedules.
• Monitor KPIs, drive improvements in planning processes, and ensure BOM accuracy.
• Coordinate material requirements planning and cross-functional collaboration.
• Create detailed production schedules considering setup times and constraints.
• Manage order data in ERP and communicate daily priorities to teams.
• Lead capacity allocation, balance workloads, and minimize idle time.
• Respond to disruptions with quick rescheduling and mitigation.
• Lead cycle counting and inventory accuracy initiatives.
