Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of related experience in planning or scheduling.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Access, and Outlook.
• Ability to perform shipping duties and act as backup for shipping.
• Strong judgment and initiative in handling planning and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Perform planning and scheduling functions involving ship schedules on customer orders.
• Lead planning and NPI meetings to discuss resources and capacity.
• Provide status updates to customers and expedite orders as needed.
• Act as on-site EHS coordinator for the facility as required.
• Perform QA inspections for in-process and completed space products daily.
