Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum of five years of experience managing manufacturing processes.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP data collection systems — experience with Tactic is a meaningful plus.
• APICS certification — CPIM or CSCP — is a strong plus.
• Strong negotiation skills and the confidence to reason and influence effectively at every level of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Translate demand, forecasts, and historical data into Master Production Plan and MRP, keeping them current.
• Build and maintain capacity plans (RCCP/CRP) providing a clear picture for operations.
• Configure MRP as finite loading model; verify scheduling accuracy and loading to shipments.
• Monitor output vs plan; identify gaps early and drive solutions.
• Perform quarterly demand analysis for 12-month horizon; communicate impact to leadership.
• Conduct monthly backlog reviews with PMs to surface schedule changes.
• Review BD opportunities monthly; propose delivery commitments based on demand.
• Update MPP for SOP meetings; keep stakeholders informed with current data.
• Develop tools to evaluate impact of schedule changes before they cascade.
• Coordinate with Production Control Coordinators to execute schedule weekly/monthly.
• Report production metrics to the schedule clearly and on time.
