Pocket Coil Master Mechanic
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Pocket Coil Master Mechanic to troubleshoot, maintain, repair, and optimize Lian Rou pocket coil production equipment and related assembly systems. The successful candidate will independently diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and controls-related issues and restore equipment to production with minimal downtime. Direct Lian Rou experience is strongly preferred; however, candidates with advanced experience maintaining comparable high-speed automated manufacturing equipment will be considered.
Candidates without direct Lian Rou experience may be considered if they have successfully maintained one or more of the following:
This is not a general facilities maintenance role. Candidates must have hands-on experience maintaining automated production equipment and must be capable of electrical troubleshooting. Experience limited primarily to basic preventive maintenance, lubrication, belts, bearings, or facility repairs will not meet the requirements of this senior-level position.
A successful Pocket Coil Master Mechanic can approach a downed machine, interpret the fault, systematically troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, mechanical, or controls-related issues, make precise repairs and adjustments, and safely return the equipment to production with minimal downtime.
