Job summary

Excellent verbal and reading communication with customers and teammates.
Physical ability to perform duties in varying weather.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and complete plumbing jobs for customers in a timely, efficient manner.
Independently perform routine plumbing service and repairs.
Assist in hiring and managing other technicians to build the plumbing team.
Consult with homeowners on new projects such as tankless conversions.
Collaborate with HVAC service manager to serve customers from a plumbing standpoint.
Help develop fair market-based pricing and service protocols.
