Job summary

TMG USA LLC seeks an experienced Master Plumber to lead a new plumbing division within our multifamily renovation business in Virginia. You will manage operations, hire and train staff, and ensure high-quality, code-compliant plumbing work on-site.

Responsibilities include planning and executing plumbing installations, coordinating with project managers and trades, and maintaining records of materials and timelines. A Virginia Master Plumber license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed Master Plumber preferred in Virginia.
• Experience managing plumbing projects, preferably multifamily or commercial renovation.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
