Qualifications
- Extensive residential plumbing service, repair, and installation experience.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, permitting requirements, and residential plumbing systems.
- Ability to independently diagnose and complete complex plumbing work.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, replace, and install residential plumbing systems.
- Complete plumbing, drain, water heater, piping, fixture, pump, valve, and related service work.
- Independently diagnose and complete complex plumbing jobs.
- Perform work in accordance with applicable plumbing codes, permitting requirements, and manufacturer specifications.
- Coach, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to other plumbers.
- Lead by example with high workmanship and customer service standards.
