Job summary

Service Experts is seeking an experienced plumber to diagnose, service, and install plumbing systems in residential and light-commercial settings. You will communicate with customers, ensure codes are followed, and mentor junior staff while maintaining licenses and safety standards.

The role requires a strong background in pipefitting, blueprint reading, and problem solving, with flexibility for on-call hours and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Seven years’ plumbing repair and installation experience.
• Master plumber license or equivalent; gas license as required by regulations.
• EPA and safety certifications; current knowledge of local plumbing codes.
• Ability to read plans, diagnose problems, and communicate with customers.
• Willing to train junior plumbers and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair plumbing systems in residential and light-commercial settings.
• Install pipes, fixtures, and appliances; test for leaks and ensure code compliance.
• Collaborate with customers, document work, and resolve issues promptly.
• Inspect blueprints and site plans; plan installations around obstacles.
• Supervise helpers and manage materials, tools, and vehicle stock.
• Maintain licenses and safety certifications; adhere to company procedures.
