Job summary

Qualified candidates will hold a Master Plumber and Master Gas Fitter license (MA) with 5+ years in related trade experience, preferably in public sectors, and a valid

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 5+ years experience in related trade maintenance/repair, preferably in the public sector.
• Current Master Plumber and Master Gas Fitter licenses (MA).
• Massachusetts Driver’s License - Class D.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, execute, maintain, repair and install plumbing equipment, domestic water systems, sewer systems, and related devices.
• Perform preventive maintenance programs, inspections and repairs; respond to emergency plumbing calls and maintain gas services.
• Work from building plans, blueprints and sketches; plan routing, slope and proper operation of systems.
• Install and repair pipes, valves, fixtures, waste lines, and related components; winterize facilities.
• Repair/replace water heaters, radiators, and related plumbing equipment.
