Job summary

Stratton Mountain Resort in Vermont is seeking a Master Plumber to coordinate and execute plumbing repairs and preventive maintenance across our resort facilities. The role ensures safe, compliant, and reliable plumbing infrastructure and supports overall operations in a year-round, full-time capacity.

Compensation ranges from $40.00 to $45.00 per hour, with benefits and eligibility for resort perks. A Vermont Master Plummer license, a valid driver's license, and strong customer-service skills

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Vermont Master Plummer License.
• Valid Vermont driver’s license.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to independently solve problems and resolve customer complaints.
• Conscientious and motivated to provide great customer service.
• Self-starter and team player.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and manuals.
• Must be able to complete repairs in various lodging facilities and resort locations.

Position Summary

The Master Plumber will coordinate and execute all plumbing repairs and preventative maintenance requirements for our resort facilities. They will ensure all systems operate efficiently by promptly identifying issues and implementing effective solutions. This role also supports overall resort operations by maintaining safe, compliant, and reliable plumbing infrastructure. This is a full-time year-round, benefit eligible position. The compensation range for this role is $40.00 - $45.00/hour.

Travel Requirements

Travel is required to various locations on and off resort.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS

This position may be required to work weekends and holidays.
