Job summary

Alterra's Stratton resort is seeking a Master Plumber to coordinate and perform all plumbing repairs and preventive maintenance. You will ensure efficient system operation, support resort operations, and maintain safe, compliant plumbing infrastructure.

This is a full-time year-round, benefit-eligible position with a pay range of $40.00–$45.00 per hour. Travel to various lodging facilities and resort locations is required; weekend and holiday work may be necessary.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Vermont Master Plumber License.
• Valid Vermont driver's license.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.

Responsibilities

• Facility plumbing
• Boiler maintenance and repairs
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks according to set program for common areas
• Adhere to all safety regulations, local, state and federal codes
• Execute specific tasks generated from the resort work order system
• Work in a fast-paced environment
• Multitask and complete jobs in a timely manner
• Work with other building trades personnel
• Create and sustain a safe workplace environment
