Plumbing Qualifications & Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems, including water supply and drainage
• Familiarity with local plumbing codes and regulations
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Experience working with PVC, CPVC, PEX, cast iron, and copper
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Maine State Master Plumbing License required
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record

Heating Qualifications & Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in heating system maintenance and repair
• Propane/Natural Gas Basic License for Maine is required
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
• Outstanding time management and efficiency
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable record
