Position Summary: The Master Plumber will be responsible for overseeing complex plumbing projects, ensuring compliance with regulations, and mentoring junior staff. This role requires extensive plumbing knowledge, strong leadership abilities, and a commitment to quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage plumbing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
2. Install, repair, and maintain a variety of plumbing systems and fixtures.
3. Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety standards.
4. Provide technical guidance and training to apprentices and journeyman plumbers.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues with effective solutions.
6. Communicate effectively with clients regarding plumbing problems and service recommendations.
7. Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, including permits and inspection reports.
8. Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and changes to plumbing codes.

Qualifications:

1. Valid Master Plumber’s license.
