Qualifications

• Residential plumbing service, repair, and installation experience required.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and permitting requirements.
• Ability to independently diagnose and complete complex plumbing work.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, and giving feedback to other plumbers.
• Leadership or oversight of other technicians preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to explain findings to homeowners clearly.
• Professional judgment; lead by example.
• Strong organization and documentation skills.
• Comfortable using tablets and field-service software.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Active Master Plumbing license as required by state/local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, replace, and install residential plumbing systems.
• Complete plumbing, drain, water heater, piping, fixture, pump, and related service work.
• Independently diagnose and complete complex plumbing jobs.
• Perform work per codes, permitting requirements, and manufacturer specs.
• Serve as a technical resource for other plumbers and provide guidance.
• Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to other plumbers.
• Lead by example with strong technical and customer-service standards.
• Explain diagnoses, recommendations, and options to homeowners.
• Complete accurate service notes, estimates, invoices, photos, and documentation.
• Use tablets, mobile apps, and field-service software to manage daily work.
• Collaborate with dispatch and customer service to keep jobs moving.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, repair, replace, and install residential plumbing systems.

What We're Looking For

• Extensive residential plumbing service, repair, and installation experience.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, permitting requirements, and residential plumbing systems.
• Ability to independently diagnose and complete complex plumbing work.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to other plumbers.
• Previous experience providing field leadership or overseeing the work of other technicians preferred.
• Ability to evaluate workmanship and identify safety, code, or quality concerns.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Confidence explaining technical findings and appropriate solutions to homeowners.
• Professional judgment and the ability to lead by example.
• Strong organization and documentation skills.
• Comfortable using tablets, mobile applications, and field-service software.
