Job summary

Pernod Ricard USA is seeking a Manager, Master Planning in Fort Smith to lead end-to-end production and materials planning. You’ll balance demand, capacity, materials, labor, and inventory to meet service, cost, and operational targets.

You will guide the Materials Planners and Production Scheduler, collaborating with plant and commercial teams to translate demand into a feasible supply plan and drive continuous improvement in planning processes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in production planning / master planning in manufacturing.
• Experience leading or mentoring planners or schedulers.
• Strong understandings of MRP, capacity planning, and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Own the master production plan for the facility across weekly, monthly, and annual horizons.
• Provide direction for raw, packaging, and indirect material planning; manage lead times and inventory health.
• Oversee detailed production scheduling and line sequencing; coordinate with operations on changes.
• Lead, coach, and develop the planning team and standard work within the function.
• Interface with Demand Planning, Customer Service, Procurement, Finance and Operations.
• Drive improvements in planning tools, data accuracy, and planning cadence.
