Job summary

LeoForce in Salt Lake City is seeking a Master Planner to own the Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on demand, capacity, materials and production requirements. You will establish production and delivery dates for customer orders and create/release work orders through our ERP/MRP system.

You will update schedules daily, maintain a rolling 3-month plan, coordinate with Supply Chain on material availability, and balance expedited work with capacity.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of production planning, master scheduling, supply planning, demand planning, or related manufacturing planning experience.
  • Hands-on experience working with an ERP/MRP system; Oracle experience is especially valuable.
  • Experience building, maintaining, or working directly with a Master Production Schedule (MPS).
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing schedules, work orders, inventory/material availability, and customer demand.
  • Ability to manage changing priorities, production constraints, and competing customer requirements.
  • Strong Excel skills and comfort working with forecasting and planning data.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work across Production, Supply Chain, Operations, and customer-facing teams.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required for the right experience.

  • Identify bottlenecks, communicate risks, and help drive solutions across departments.
  • Partner closely with Production, Supply Chain, Operations, Customer Account Management, and leadership.
  • Help drive exceptional on-time delivery performance and reliable customer commitments.
