Job summary

LeoForce, a Salt Lake City, UT manufacturing company, is seeking a Mid-Level Master Planner to manage the Master Production Schedule and drive on-time delivery.

You will coordinate orders, communicate delivery commitments, and maintain rolling production plans in a fast-paced environment with robust ERP/MRP systems. Strong forecasting, Excel, and cross-functional collaboration are essential for success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1–3 years in Production Planning, Master Scheduling, Supply Chain Planning, or Demand Planning.
  • Experience with Oracle, NetSuite, or SAP is required.
  • Strong experience using ERP/MRP systems to manage schedules, work orders, inventory, and demand.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and Office proficiency.
  • Experience in a high-demand, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and schedule constraints.
  • Experience developing and maintaining Master Production Schedules (MPS).
  • Strong forecasting, demand planning, and capacity planning experience.
  • Experience cross-functional collaboration with Production, Supply Chain, Operations, Customer Service, and Sales teams.
  • Health & Wellness, Nutraceutical, Dietary Supplement, Pharmaceutical, or Food Manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
  • Project Management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS).
  • Coordinate incoming customer purchase orders and communicate delivery commitments.
  • Establish and communicate production due dates within 24 hours of receiving orders.
  • Monitor and manage customer delivery KPIs, including on-time delivery >99%.
  • Create and release work orders through ERP/MRP system.
  • Update production schedules daily based on demand and operational requirements.
  • Track production progress through all stage gates and identify schedule risks.
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain, Production, Customer Account Managers, and Operations teams.
  • Resolve production bottlenecks and elevate issues impacting customer commitments.
  • Manage forecasting models and perform demand analysis.
  • Develop and maintain rolling 3-month production plans.
  • Coordinate expedited and rush orders while balancing capacity.
  • Communicate schedule changes and priorities across departments.
  • Monitor production timelines from order receipt through final shipment.

  • Health & Wellness, Nutraceutical, Dietary Supplement, Pharmaceutical, or Food Manufacturing experience is strongly preferred.
  • Project Management certification preferred.
Work Environment
  • Office-based position supporting a high-demand manufacturing operation.
  • Frequent interaction with Production, Supply Chain, and Operations teams.
  • Occasional access to and visibility within the production facility.
  • Fast-paced environment with a strong focus on customer service, production execution, and on-time delivery.
