Job summary

GYMGUYZ is seeking a Master Trainer to lead and mentor a team of personal trainers, delivering results for clients in homes, offices, and community spaces. You’ll conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App and design and lead individual and small-group sessions to drive client success.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with CPR/AED certification.
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience.
• Proven track record of client results and team mentoring.

What You Bring

• Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited organization)
• CPR/AED certified (required)
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience
• Proven success in client results and team mentoring
• Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills
• Sales and field marketing experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
