GYMGUYZ is seeking a Master Trainer to lead a team of mobile trainers delivering results directly at clients' homes, offices, and community spaces. You will mentor staff, supervise assessments, and design individualized programs that maintain high-quality training standards across the network.

You will embody leadership, motivation, and impact while growing as a fitness professional within a nationwide mobile training platform.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with a recognized cert (NCCA/DEAC/NBFE).
• CPR/AED certification required.
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of trainers to deliver results.
• Conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions.
• Oversee client success metrics and training quality standards.
• Support sales and assessment goals with leadership.
• Facilitate workshops and team development sessions.
• Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives.
• Represent DRIVE values in every interaction.

What You Bring

• Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited organization)
• CPR/AED certified (required)
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience
• Proven success in client results and team mentoring
• Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills
• Sales and field marketing experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
