GYMGUYZ Williamsburg is seeking a Master Trainer to lead a team of mobile trainers who bring personalized fitness sessions directly to clients’ homes, offices, and communities. You will mentor other trainers, drive results, and help shape the growth of the local fitness network.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with recognized accreditation.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• 3+ years in personal training and leadership roles.
• Proven client results and mentoring ability.

What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional results
• Conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App
• Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions
• Oversee client success metrics and ensure training quality standards
• Support sales and assessment goals alongside leadership
• Facilitate workshops and team development sessions
• Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives

What You Bring

• Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited organization)
• CPR/AED certified (required)
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience
• Proven success in client results and team mentoring
• Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills
• Sales and field marketing experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
