Job summary

GYMGUYZ Monmouth and Ocean Counties is seeking a Master Trainer to lead a team of trainers, mentor staff, and drive client results across mobile fitness services. You will shape local training programs and growth, ensuring high-quality coaching and impactful client experiences.

You’ll conduct assessments, design sessions, monitor outcomes, and support sales and community initiatives, while upholding DRIVE values in every interaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience.
• Certified Personal Trainer with recognized credential.
• CPR/AED certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of trainers to deliver client results.
• Conduct initial assessments and reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Design and lead individual and small-group sessions.
• Oversee client success metrics and training quality standards.
• Support sales and assessment goals with leadership.

What You Bring

• Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited organization)
• CPR/AED certified (required)
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience
• Proven success in client results and team mentoring
• Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills
• Sales and field marketing experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
