GYMGUYZ Williamsburg is seeking a Master Trainer to lead and mentor a team of personal trainers, drive results for clients, and shape the future of fitness in the community.

In this full-time role in Redmond, WA, you’ll conduct assessments, design training sessions, support sales goals, and participate in local marketing while enjoying a competitive hourly pay and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited).
• CPR/AED certified (required).
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience.
• Proven success in client results and team mentoring.
• Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills.
• Sales and field marketing experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional results.
• Conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions.
• Oversee client success metrics and ensure training quality standards.
• Support sales and assessment goals alongside leadership.
• Facilitate workshops and team development sessions.
• Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives.
• Represent GYMGUYZ's core values in every interaction.

Compensation: $50 - $55/hr + performance bonuses + growth opportunities
