Job summary

GYMGUYZ is reshaping the fitness industry with in-home personal training and a leading position in the market. We are seeking a Master Trainer to drive new business and deliver tailored programs for clients, building rapport during assessments and closing sales. You may also mentor teammates and contribute to their growth and success.

You will provide high-quality training, promote the brand to clients, and support scheduling and travel to client sites, all within a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (e.g., ISSA, NASM, ACE, ACSM).
• CPR/AED certification.
• Previous sales experience in the fitness industry.
• Demonstrated knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and nutrition.
• Willingness to travel to clients' homes and work flexible hours.
• Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and on-site personal training sessions to clients of various fitness levels and goals.
• Create personalized exercise programs utilizing the GYMGUYZ Fitness App tailored to each client's needs and preferences.
• Conduct initial assessments and close initial sales.
• Mentor Personal Trainers on the team.
• Perform Reassessments and close renewal sales.
• Drive new business through various marketing efforts.
• Promote the GYMGUYZ brand to prospective individual and business clients.
• Drive to and from client training sessions.

Building rapport with prospective clients during assessments is essential, and you will confidently present our services, address concerns, close sales, and actively drive new business. Additionally, you may have the opportunity to mentor and train team members, contributing to their growth and development.

• Attend monthly team meetings and other duties as assigned.
