Job summary

GYMGUYZ is seeking a Master Trainer to drive new business, deliver in-home training, and tailor programs to client goals. You will present services to prospects, close sales, and mentor fellow trainers.

You’ll lead assessments, create personalized plans using our Fitness App, and coordinate scheduling while representing our brand at client homes and in the community. Flexible full-time role with growth and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (e.g., ISSA, NASM, ACE, ACSM).
• CPR/AED certification.
• Previous sales experience in the fitness industry.
• Demonstrated knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and nutrition.
• Willingness to travel to clients' homes and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and on-site personal training sessions to clients of various fitness levels and goals.
• Create personalized exercise programs utilizing the GYMGUYZ Fitness App tailored to each client's needs and preferences.
• Conduct initial assessments and close initial sales.
• Mentor Personal Trainers on the team.
• Perform reassessments and close renewal sales.
• Drive new business through various marketing efforts.
• Promote the GYMGUYZ brand to prospective individual and business clients.
• Drive to and from client training sessions.
• Maintain appointments in scheduling app.
• Attend monthly team meetings and other duties as assigned.
