GYMGUYZ in the United States is seeking a Master Trainer to deliver in-home training, create personalized programs, and promote the GYMGUYZ brand across client engagements. You will assess clients, confidently present services, address concerns, close sales, and drive new business.

You may also mentor teammates and participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge, enjoying flexible scheduling and the option for part-time or full-time work within a nationwide mobile fitness network.

Qualifications

• Certified personal trainer with valid credential(s) recognized nationwide.
• CPR/AED certification required or current CPR certification.
• Previous sales experience in fitness or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and on-site personal training sessions to clients of varying fitness levels.
• Create personalized programs using the GYMGUYZ app tailored to client needs.
• Conduct initial assessments and close sales for new clients.
• Perform reassessments and secure renewal sales.
• Drive new business through marketing efforts and client referrals.
• Mentor team members and contribute to their growth and development.

Job Overview

As a GYMGUYZ Master Trainer, you will play a crucial role in driving new business and delivering exceptional fitness training services to all our clients. You will use your extensive fitness knowledge and results-driven experience to promote our brand and create personalized training programs tailored to individual client needs. Building rapport with prospective clients during assessments is essential, and you will confidently present our services, address concerns, close sales, and actively drive new business. Additionally, you may have the opportunity to mentor and train team members, contributing to their growth and development.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and on-site personal training sessions to clients of various fitness levels and goals.
• Create personalized exercise programs utilizing the GYMGUYZ Fitness App tailored to each client's needs and preferences.
• Conduct initial assessments and close initial sales.
• Perform Reassessments and close renewal sales.
• Drive new business through various marketing efforts.
• Promote the GYMGUYZ brand to prospective individual and business clients.
• Drive to and from client training sessions.
• Maintain appointments in scheduling app.
• Attend monthly team meetings and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (e.g., ISSA, NASM, ACE, ACSM).
• CPR/AED certification.
• Previous sales experience in the fitness industry.
• Demonstrated knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and nutrition.
• Willingness to travel to clients' homes and work flexible hours.
• Team player or collaborative with others.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
