Job summary

GYMGUYZ Greater Memphis is seeking a Master Trainer to drive new business and deliver high-quality in-home fitness sessions. You will leverage your extensive fitness knowledge to create personalized programs, build client relationships, and present our services confidently.

You may mentor team members and contribute to growth initiatives while benefiting from flexible scheduling and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (e.g., ISSA, NASM, ACE, ACSM).
• CPR/AED certification.
• Previous sales experience in the fitness industry.
• Demonstrated knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and nutrition.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and on-site personal training sessions to clients of various fitness levels and goals.
• Create personalized exercise programs utilizing the GYMGUYZ Fitness App tailored to each client's needs and preferences.
• Conduct initial assessments and close initial sales.
• Perform Reassessments and close renewal sales.
• Drive new business through various marketing efforts.
• Promote the GYMGUYZ brand to prospective individual and business clients.
• Drive to and from client training sessions.
• Maintain appointments in scheduling app.
• Attend monthly team meetings and other duties as assigned.
• Service Check of Personal Trainers to ensure best practices are being followed.
