Qualifications

• Mopar Master Technician with 5+ years of diagnostics/repair experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram and Fiat vehicles.
• Maintain high service standards to meet Mopar certification and performance benchmarks.
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues; conduct routine maintenance and inspections.
• Communicate repair estimates and status updates to service advisors and customers.
• Maintain an organized, safe, and clean workspace.
