Woody Folsom Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Baxley, GA is seeking an experienced Mopar certified technician to join our service team. You will diagnose, maintain and repair Mopar vehicles (Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, RAM) to dealer standards.

Qualifications

• Mopar certification or equivalent experience with Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and RAM vehicles.
• Proven experience as an automotive technician, especially servicing Mopar brand vehicles.
• Strong knowledge of diagnostic equipment and computerized repair manuals.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Mopar-certified vehicles.
• Accurately assess vehicle issues and complete repairs in a timely manner while maintaining dealership standards.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors to discuss vehicle concerns and repair options.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment consistent with safety policies.
• Keep up-to-date with manufacturer service bulletins and technical training.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and courteous interaction during service appointments.
