Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Roseburg is seeking a Chrysler Master Technician to join our high-volume service department. You will diagnose, repair, and test vehicles to Lithia and manufacturer standards, maintaining detailed records and ensuring clean, safe work areas.

The role emphasizes ongoing training, OEM certification, and the ability to mentor less-experienced technicians. Competitive pay starts at $40.00 per hour with relocation assistance for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Chrysler Master Technician certification and OEM knowledge required.
• 3+ years diagnosing and repairing complex vehicle systems.
• Strong electrical, mechanical, and diagnostic skills.
• Professional communication and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with Lithia and manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose cause of malfunction.
• Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements.
• Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.
• Accurately record time spent on repairs utilizing company time clocking procedures.
• Document work performed on repair order and document test procedures/results.
• Maintain an organized and clean workspace with daily stall cleaning.
• Ensure customer vehicles are returned clean.
• Acquire and maintain manufacturer and ASE certifications.
• Participate in and utilize technical training as assigned by management.
