Job summary

IKO Industries is seeking a Millwright Journeyman to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment across the granule manufacturing plant in Ohio. This role supports safe and reliable operation of plant machinery, with responsibilities spanning mechanical systems, drawing interpretation, and collaborative problem solving.

You will perform preventive maintenance, use Maximo CMMS, and ensure compliance with MSHA and company safety standards while working with operators and maintenance

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, schematics and manuals.
• Proven ability to lead, guide and mentor junior millwrights and work with minimal supervision.
• Must wear PPE and maintain a safe working environment.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, monitor, adjust and repair manufacturing equipment.
• Dismantle/reassemble equipment using hand tools and power tools.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production equipment.
• Follow lockout/tagout procedures and safety protocols (LOTO).
• Maintain maintenance records and work orders; use CMMS as required.
