Become one of our valued Boiler Operator Technicians: Our boiler operators are essential to our operations, ensuring boilers, freezer cooling systems, air compressors, and fire sprinkler systems operate optimally. You will perform mechanical and fabrication updates and leverage your expertise to improve production processes. What You'll Get:

• Pay Range: $26.60 - $34.93 per hour, based on education and experience
• $1500 SIGN ON BONUS

What You'll Do:

• Repair and maintain boilers, cooling systems, air compressors, and fire sprinkler systems
• Supervise and train production staff to ensure high-quality output
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and training requirements

What You'll Bring:

• Minimum Class B-1 boiler license
• Experience with steam generation, cooling systems, compressors, and sprinklers
• High school diploma or GED
• Welding experience is a plus
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, safety mindset
