Job summary

Lear Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Master Technician for the third shift or weekend day shift at the Pine Grove plant in Kentucky. As a key member of the maintenance team, you will perform tasks typical of an industrial electrician and mechanic, ensuring reliable operation of plant equipment.

You will execute work orders, locate trouble sources, install/repair electrical and electronic equipment, and maintain HVAC, boilers, and utilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED is required.
• Must be able to pass Background Check and Drug Screening.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Executing work orders and completing documentation as required.
• Locating the source of trouble with electrical and/or mechanical equipment by tracing and testing circuits and inspecting for mechanical failures.
• Installing and repairing all types of electrical and electronic equipment such as wiring devices, motors, transformers, starters, circuit breakers, relays, circuit boards, motor drives, PLC modules, etc.
• Maintains, installs, diagnoses, repairs, and monitors HVAC equipment, boilers, air compressors, water treatment, lint systems, fire protection equipment, and utilities in the plant structure.
