Job summary

Lear Corporation's Pine Grove plant is seeking a Maintenance Master Technician – Third Shift or Weekend Day Shift to join the Maintenance team. The Master Tech III will perform electrical and mechanical tasks, maintain assets, and ensure safe, reliable operations.

Responsibilities include executing work orders, locating faults, installing and repairing electrical gear and HVAC systems, boilers, and utilities, while complying with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Pass background check and drug screening.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Execute work orders and complete documentation as required.
• Locate source of trouble in electrical and/or mechanical equipment by tracing and testing circuits and inspecting for faults.
• Install and repair electrical and electronic equipment such as wiring devices, motors, transformers, starters, circuit breakers, relays, circuit boards, motor drives, PLC modules, etc.
• Maintain, diagnose, repair, and monitor HVAC equipment, boilers, air compressors, water treatment, lint systems, fire protection equipment, and plant utilities.
