AutoNation is seeking a Master Technician to perform vehicle repair and maintenance with precision, upholding dealer and factory standards while building Customer loyalty. You will diagnose issues, conduct multi-point inspections, and communicate with the Parts Department and Service Advisors to ensure timely, accurate service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Automotive technical training or certification.
• In-state driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle repair and maintenance per repair orders to dealership and factory standards.
• Communicate with Parts and Service Advisors to manage production and customer updates.
• Diagnose malfunctions and perform repairs as authorized by the customer.
• Conduct multi-point inspections and recommend safety/reliability improvements.
• Document work on each vehicle and maintain tool inventories.
• Stay current with factory bulletins and participate in training.
