You will set up, modify, and maintain process parameters for one-shot and two-shot injection molding, troubleshoot molding and automation issues, and uphold safety, quality, and productivity in a fast-paced plastics environment. The role requires strong mold maintenance, technical skills, and the ability to work with tooling and measuring equipment to ensure precise parts and efficient

Qualifications

• Experience with injection molding processes and setup.
• Troubleshooting injection molding and automation processes.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD prints.
• Knowledge of measurement tools and GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Set up, modify, and maintain process parameters for injection molding.
• Troubleshoot quality, performance, and productivity issues in molding processes.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the shop floor.
• Support lean manufacturing practices and continuous improvement.
