Job summary

Club Champion invites applications for a Master Fitters & Builders to deliver tour-level club fitting experiences at our Columbia studio. You will read data, communicate results, and cultivate relationships with clients to grow fittings and sales.

You’ll operate TrackMan, Salesforce, Sam Putt Lab and Microsoft Office while building golf clubs to exact tolerances and applying relational selling techniques. The role offers a strong commission component and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Customer focus and strong communication perfect for a sales-driven fitting role.
• Experience in golf fitting and data interpretation is required.
• Ability to manage time and build relationships with clients in a fast-paced studio environment.

Responsibilities

• Conducts innovative tour-level fitting experiences.
• Oversees customer relations by growing fittings for studio and personal clients.
• Builds golf clubs to tight tolerances and uses TrackMan/Sam Putt Lab/Salesforce to optimize results.
• Operates MS Office and other studio tools; supports store operations as needed.
