Job summary

Club Champion is seeking Master Fitters & Builders to deliver tour-level club fitting experiences and build strong customer relationships. You will interpret data from fittings, manage fittings for studios and personal clients, and uphold brand standards while assisting with store operations.

You will utilize Trackman, Salesforce, Sam Putt Lab, and Microsoft Office to support data-driven fittings and sales.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• Experience with club fitting and launch monitors required.
• 1+ years in sales experience required.

Responsibilities

• Conducts tour-level fitting experiences with customers.
• Reads, interprets, and explains data points in the club fitting process.
• Builds golf clubs to tight tolerances and supports store operations.
• Uses relational selling to grow business metrics.
