Job summary

Club Champion Llc in Malibu is seeking Master Fitters & Builders to deliver tour-level club fitting experiences one-on-one with customers. You will interpret fitting data, build clubs to tight tolerances, and grow relationships to drive repeat business.

The role requires knowledge of Trackman, Sam Putt Lab, Salesforce, and MS Office, plus strong interpersonal and sales skills. A college degree is preferred and benefits include commission, bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• Experience with club fitting and launch monitors required.
• 1+ years in sales experience required.
• Experience selling custom golf clubs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide tour-level club fitting experiences one-on-one with customers.
• Read and explain data points in the fitting process.
• Grow and maintain fittings for studio and personal clients.
• Maintain brand standards and keep the studio clean and organized.
• Operate Trackman, Salesforce, Sam Putt Lab, and Microsoft Office.
• Build golf clubs to tight tolerances.
• Use relational selling to grow business metrics.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
